The hotel was a great place for enjoying a quiet area. So close to nearby tourist spots and the old center with lots of restaurants around. - the property was in the heart of the city. - Spent our evenings in nearby Stelzen Haus enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

Located right in the heart of the city. Brand-new, large rooms, exceptionally comfortable bed, outstandingly accommodating staff.

Location just next door to Liberty Square underground station and city center and the armenian church. Great value for money rooms with feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows...

This place is situated in a central location with new spacious rooms, a super comfy bed, friendly staff, spotless bathrooms, and a delicious breakfast.

We were pleased with the double room that came with air conditioning and the option to use an electric kettle and washing machine.

The place was quite clean with a newly-furnished, tidy room that had great air conditioning, and the staff was extremely friendly, so I would definitely come back.

Had a great breakfast that really hit the spot. 🍳 the staff here were super helpful and paid attention to all the details. the location was awesome, just a stone's throw away from the Botanical Gardens, which made getting there a breeze.

The hotel is ideal, a 3-star venue with service-minded staff and excellent wifi. the location is unbeatable and exceptionally nice, just off the main attractions like Old Town, Liberty Square, central Tbilisi, and the fortress. - the room had central heating, an electric kettle, and a comfy bed. - There were lots of different food options for meals.

The location was so convenient, with all the tourist attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and cute, and they were pretty good too make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, especially the little pancakes. I had a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend Mariam R to others.
